Daniela Kellett FIPMA, ChPP, CPPD is the founder of Achieve P3M and the creator of the Achieve Delivery Maturity Framework.
She is a Fellow of IPMA Australia, a Chartered Project Professional with APM UK and holds the Certified Practicing Project Director credential from AIPM.
She has spent her career working inside delivery systems at every level: as a project manager, programme manager, Project Director and PMO/Portfolio Manager, and now as an independent consultant who assesses, diagnoses, and rebuilds delivery capability for organisations across Australia. She also hosts Powering ProjeX, a podcast for project professionals exploring the realities of delivery and what it actually takes to improve.
She does not sell methodology. She addresses the factors that actually determine whether delivery improves.
